The family's use to go on family vacations together and the two sons learned that hard work and integrity made for a successful business. This honest sincere approach to the family business was taught from a very young age. Both fathers instilled these strong values of family and customer service into the young men.
The story gets better as both the owners sisters Jamie Luppino and Kayla Ziegler both work in the companies office along with a close family friend Koran. Rich and sister Kayla ended up marrying and have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl Kylie.
